We offer 7 days unconditional return policy. Within 7 days since your purchase, we will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us directly at

To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in a good condition and in their original packaging.

Several types of goods are not returnable, including gift cards, hair care items, some accessories, free items, any item marked as final sale.

How to return:

Steps for refund:

  1.  Get a refund confirmation from customer care team.
  2. Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.
  3. Please place the new shipping label you receive on the package.
  4. Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team or have it picked up by our Logistics partner.
  5. For defective items exceeding the return policy period, related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We are responsible for the shipping costs of returning defective items. For unconditional return and refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products. Also the cost of shipping (if it is in the order payment) will be deducted from your refund in the cases of unconditional return.
