Return & Refund Policy


Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene reason. However, if you have received a damaged item, or item is damaged in transit please raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.  In case you have ordered the wrong item or colour we will accept return if the box is unopened with all wrappings intact. Please contact us directly at to raise a return request.

Several types of goods are not returnable, including gift cards, hair care items, some accessories, free items, any item marked as final sale.

How to return:

Contact us at You can select to exchange, or have a Refund Voucher that you can use right away in the shop, or a refund to your original payment method.

Steps for refund:

  1.  Get a refund confirmation from customer care team.
  2. Please place the new shipping label you receive on the package.
  3. Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team or have it picked up by our Logistics partner.
  4. For damaged or defective items exceeding the return policy period, related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. 


We are responsible for the shipping costs of returning damaged items. For in -warranty defects, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products for replacement. 

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged items to reach you, may vary.
